SigmaPro's acclaimed Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) curriculum provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DfSS in service and industrial organisations, how to coach technical practitioners on statistical and other quantitative methods and how to lead and facilitate training on DMAIC and DfSS topics.

Experienced MBB's are able to lead large complex improvement projects, and can apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to marketing, sales and portfolio management.

Target Group

Previous delegates are mostly Black Belts with existing experience of running projects and who are transitioning into Master Black Belt roles. Some individuals attend purely to develop their technical understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools.

Prerequisites

SigmaPro trains and certifies only the finest Master Black Belt candidates. All participants who enroll in the SigmaPro Master Black Belt Training Programme must meet the following criteria, which may be verified through review of references, resume, educational background and appropriate external certifications or credentials. Be a certified Black Belt with a high degree of technical proficiency
Possess strong leadership skills and project management experience

Our programmes are held in London, Birmingham (view our course calendar), and in house for selected clients. The MBB include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF viewer files). Upon successful completion of the programme students will become a SigmaPro-Certified™ Master Black Belt.
