The forum will be opened by guest speaker Prof Linda Hendry of Lancaster University, who has published numerous academic articles on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. She is a professor of operations management at Lancaster and will introduce the current position of academic research on the subject.

The workshop will take place in the Aston Business School and is free to everybody interested, regardless if you took the survey or not. Use this opportunity to get a free introduction to Six Sigma. You will also have the possibility to address your questions. We will cater for you with coffee, tea and snacks during the workshop.
