SigmaPro trains and certifies only the finest Master Blackbelt Candidates.  All participants who enroll in the SigmaPro MBB program must meet the following criteria, which may be verified through review of references, resume, educational background and appropriate external certifications or credentials.

• Possess a high degree of technical proficiency
• Possess strong leadership skills and project management experience
• Are adept at influencing others with respect to organizational change
• Completed Six Sigma Blackbelt certification or equivalent with at least two documented projects

• How to quantify the impact to the organization for both DMAIC and DFSS initiatives
• How to successfully deploy DMAIC and DFSS initiatives
• How to coach and mentor Blackbelts, Green Belts, and even Champions on technical methods and project identification, selection and launch
• How to successfully integrate Lean improvement techniques to form a powerful organizational improvement model that benefits all areas of an enterprise
• How to apply advanced technical tools and methods in industrial and transactional environments
• How to apply the DMAIC and DMADV methodologies in Strategic and Tactical Marketing, Portfolio Management and Sales
