The most all embracing Yellow Belt programme you’ll find

Six Sigma Yellow Belts undertake projects with the discipline and rigour of Lean Six Sigma, but in circumstances where the scale and nature of the projects does not require the complex statistical analyses usually associated with Lean Six Sigma projects.

Six Sigma Yellow belts are ideally placed to assist Black and Green Belts with their larger more complex projects

Yellow Belts are ideal in Service Environments where a limited set of analytical tools is enough to sort out process and admin problems.

Yellow Belts can complete projects in Industrial Environments where complex statistical analyses is not required.

Six Sigma Yellow Belts take up Lean Six Sigma responsibilities alongside their normal tasks in the company.
