Course Description
In this programme, Executives, Senior
Managers, Process Owners, Master Blackbelts and others
with responsibility for Six Sigma implementation from
service and/or industrial organizations will learn how
to successfully design, deploy and sustain a Six Sigma
system. The course has been specifically
designed to provide a detailed and fully informative
discussion of all issues involved in Six Sigma deployment.
The DMAIC methodology, Design for Six Sigma, Service
Six Sigma, Voice of the Customer, and Supply Chain implementation
will all be presented in detail along with implementation
aids. Hands-on tools for project identification,
selection and launch as well as for project management
are provided. Real world case studies are examined,
and risks, pitfalls and lessons learned are provided.
Candidate Qualifications
There are no special requirements
for this course. Typical participants include
CEO's, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, Senior
Managers and Master Blackbelts who seek a concise overview
of how to successfully design, deploy and sustain Six
Sigma systems. A training certificate will be
provided which may be used for recertification credits.

and launch Six Sigma and DFSS projects using hands-on
tools, roadmaps, and structured checklists
- How to successfully plan and
maintain a Six Sigma deployment

coach and mentor Master Blackbelts, Blackbelts,
and Green Belts on the application of the dMAIC and
DFSS improvement strategies
- How to successfully integrate
Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Lean to
form a powerful organizational improvement model that
will truly optimize the financial performance of the
organization
