Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Course Details
SigmaPro’s acclaimed Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) curriculum provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DfSS in service and industrial organisations. how to coach technical practitioners on statistical and other quantitative methods and how to lead and facilitate training on DMAIC and DfSS topics.
Experienced MBB’s are able to lead large complex improvement projects, and can apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to marketing, sales and portfolio management.
Target Group
Previous delegates are mostly Black Belts with existing experience of running projects and who are transitioning into Master Black Belt roles. Some individuals attend purely to develop their technical understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools.
Prerequisites
SigmaPro trains and certifies only the finest Master Black Belt candidates. All participants who enroll in the SigmaPro MBB program must meet the following criteria, which may be verified through review of references, resume, educational background and appropriate external certifications or credentials. Our Public Master Black Belt Courses are held in Birmingham, at the Aston Business School. All of our courses include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF files). Lunch is provided and the course consists of ten days full training, spread over two months.
Upon successful completion of the training you will become a SigmaPro-Certified Master Black Belt.
