During this one day Introductory Course delegates will cover the following topics:

• How to quantify the potential financial impact of Six Sigma on the participant's organisation
• The links between ISO9001 and Six Sigma
• How to successfully deploy Six Sigma
• How to successfully integrate Lean with Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) and Voice of the Customer to form a powerful organisational improvement model that fully optimizes the financial performance of the organisation.

Location and Duration

Our Public Introduction Courses are held both in Birmingham, at the Aston Business School, and in London (venue available upon request). All of our courses include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF files). Lunch is provided and the course consists of one full day training.

This course does not require an examination at the end, but you will get a SigmaPro certificate confirming your attendance.
