Gives an in depth understanding of all the key Six Sigma Tools, enabling participants to successfully lead business and quality improvement projects, leading to hard bottom line savings and real quality improvements. State-of-the-art tools for the application of the DMAIC improvement strategy to projects will be introduced along with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.

Prerequisites

Ideal candidates possess good communicational skills and enjoy working in teams. Green Belts should be results oriented, and a basic understanding of maths is of help as some of the tools include statistical analysis of data.

Location, Duration

Our Public Green Belt Training Courses are held both in Birmingham and in London. All of our courses include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF files). Lunch and snacks are included.

The Green Belt Course consists of eleven days training spread over four months.

Upon successful completion of the six sigma training, you will receive a certificate of training attendance. If you wish to become formally certified, you can do so by completing a project, and passing an exam. Details are available on request.
