Lean Six Sigma Foundation Green Belt Course Information

Foundation Green Belts undertake projects with the discipline and rigour of Lean Six Sigma, but in circumstances where the scale and nature of the projects does not require the complex statistical analyses usually associated with Lean Six Sigma projects.

Target Group

Typical participants will be those who are involved in supporting or leading process improvement activity in either transactional or industrial situations.

Prerequisites

Ideal candidates possess good communication skills and enjoy working in a team. Foundation Green Belts should be results oriented and keen to assist in the delivery of Strategic Objectives.
