During this two day Champion Course delegate will cover the following topics:

How to quantify the potential financial impact of Lean Six Sigma on the participant's organisation
How to successfully identify, select and launch Lean Six Sigma and DfSS projects using hands-on tools, roadmaps, and structured checklists
How to successfully plan and maintain a Lean Six Sigma deployment
Participants will learn how to coach and mentor their colleagues on the application of the DMAIC and DfSS improvement strategies
How to successfully integrate Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) and Lean to form a powerful organisational improvement model that will truly optimise the financial performance of the organisation

Location and Duration

Our Public Champion Courses are held both in Birmingham, at the Aston Business School, and in London, (venue available upon request). All of our courses include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF files). Lunch and snacks are included and the course consists of two full days training.

This course does not require an examination at the end, but you will get a SigmaPro certificate confirming your attendance.
