Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade Course Details

This course is specifically designed for those wishing to utilise the knowledge they gained during the Green Belt Course and proceed to Black Belt level.

You will learn how to lead the technical effort in Lean Six Sigma implementations and contribute your detailed knowledge of tools and methods to project success.

Experience in at least one previous Six Sigma project
Previous Green Belt Training or better

Location and Duration

Our courses are held in Birmingham, London, Leeds and Newcastle Upon Tyne (view our course calendar). All of our courses include full documentation in hard and soft copy (PDF files). Lunch is provided and the course consists of one full day training.
