Birmingham 22nd July 2011 Workshop

Sigmapro held another "Success Factors for Lean Six Sigma" workshop in Birmingham on 22 July 2011. Delegates were given an introduction to Lean Six Sigma by Director of Operations Chris Rees, followed by an explanation of the factors essential for success by David Cowburn, Master Black Belt and trainer with SigmaPro. Charlie Foster from Meggitt Braking Systems gave the headline lecture and his fascinating description of how Lean Six Sigma had been used within Maintenance Repair Overhaul was appreciated by all the delegates. Delegates then debated and presented their own views on what organisations should be considering when using Lean Six Sigma. An excellent buffet lunch was enjoyed by all!
