These frameworks alone will not help you to define improvement opportunities – just because you have a hammer doesn’t mean you are an effective carpenter! To use such frameworks effectively a deep understanding of their true meaning, and proven business experience is necessary.

If you have a number of people you will probably find it more cost effective to have us deliver your training locally at your chosen venue. We have delivered training all over the UK, and also in Denmark, Italy, France, Ireland and even the Middle East. All our trainers travel fully equipped with their own presentation equipment to ensure excellent standards are maintained.
A major benefit of the in company approach is that it allows the Six Sigma training to be customised to your company and your needs. We can tailor the delivery to include your own examples and systems so that your people can relate the material directly to their work. We can also develop bespoke courses to meet a specific requirement. With a bespoke course we design the course from scratch using our 5-step course development process.
